I requested a credit increase online and received 3,000 increase! Went from 1500 to 4500!! I was suprised since I was declined less than 2 months ago when I requested a CLI on the same account. Go figure! Anyway, Capital One sure is in a good mood lately!

Congrats to you! I was not as lucky with Cap One. I had the credit steps program for the QuickSliver One and the Platinum card but they wouldn't give me any more than the promised amount. I had too much new credit.

I've had no luck with a giant CLI from Cap1, got a $500 dollar auto CLI at 6 months and then nothing for the next 2.5 years. The luv button always gives me the 7-10 day message which comes back saying my account hasn't been open 6 months or a CLI was recently applied to the account. Glad to see you had better luck!
