Congrats!!! My target card just hit its 27th statement. Still $300.00. Seriously they hate people who opened their card prior 2013, or at least the data threads read that way to me.

That's what it seems like to me. I opened mine in 2014 - post TD take over. It definitely seems to make a difference.
