Another WF Autograph approval

I applied to take advantage of the $300/$1500 SUB offer, as I have about $1500 in expenses coming up soon and figured I deserve that money more than WF.

This card will also merge two features I have on other cards, but not on one single card (cell phone insurance and 3% back on cell service) and will become my primary card for my phone. I hopefully won't be applying for anything in the near future (and actually need to close/downgrade some stuff).
