Dont wanna spoil the party but my girlfriend has a 717 fico score and got denied .  They told her that her credit file is thin .. her oldest account is 2 years old .

i was only able to get 8k limit on their CC

No guarantees.  There have been folks who went FUNDED and then back to Pending, and some back to Declined.

You just never know.

Myself, I wait with bated breath for some sort of reversal of fortune.

Funded is the final step. There may be rare exceptions, but this has been the general rule. You have no more hurdles.
