App Spree - Altitude Go - PLOC - CC - Loan

To kick this off, the priority is a Car Loan to buyout my Leased car which comes due on March 14

I am doing this one month early - but timed it so that I can apply for a USB LOC the same day as the loan - I have been waiting to have just 1 account in the last 12 months

I have a CC that I got last March - and I opened a Loan last Feb 16th - so I waited until 1 day after so that USB would see only 1/12

Here is the list - and I will come back and update this post as i move through it

1. USBank LOC - $8k/10.25% - Approved
2. PenFed Auto Loan - $55k - 2.59% - Approved
3. USB Altitude GO -  $16k - 0% for 12 months - 15.99% after
4. Lightstream Loan - refi of an existing loan if i can get a lower rate - SUCCESS.  From 9.49 to 6.99%
