A total of 8, but only 4 were within the last six months: 3 from my car refi two weeks ago, 1 from Jan when I app'd for my Cap 1 card.

I was feeling lucky and app'd for the Chase Sapphire Preferred... Approved!!!!!

All in all, excellent couple of days (Happy Dance!!!!!)

Just approved for:

Sallie Mae: $4,600

Discover IT: $10,000

Amex Everyday: $2,000

Chase Freedom: $6,000

Chase Sapphire Preferred: $11,600

Current cards:
Capital One Platinum: $3,000

Bank of America: $500

Best Buy MC: $750 (just CLI from $300)

Care Credit: $2,000

AU Capital One Platinum: $500

That gives me a total CL of $40,950. Dang. Didn't think I'd ever see this day. I pays to work hard on your credit!!!!

For anyone just starting their own credit journey, hang in there, and be persistant! I was at 585 a just over a year ago with 8 collection accounts on my CR, and I started with 1 secured card with a $500 limit.
