I applied yesterday for the Apple Card and was offered 20k limit @ 12.99%, which I accepted!
Now for the interesting part... Before one accepts the offer, there's a PDF to review and it shows one's credit score. They pulled Transunion and used FICO 9 (my FICO 9 with TU is 804); however, here we are nearly 24 hours later, and I still haven't received any monitoring alerts that HP was pulled. My scores are still the same and HP still not showing up on my report.
Anyone else experiencing the same?
YOU...

HUGE CONGRATS @SketchyScore on your Apple Card approval, the LEGENDARY SL, and Welcome to the FORUMS!!!

I first tried applying with my TU report locked, got to the end of the application, received a message that I needed to reapply with the lock/freeze lifted. Immediately unlocked my TU report and reapplied, approved for $15k @ 12.99% and I accepted. I immediately relocked my TU report, then got a credit alert about 3 hours later that Goldman tried a HP that failed. So far, no one from Goldman has come looking for me and my card is active and in use *crosses fingers*
Did you accept the offer? Offer is SP once you take it, they have been doing a HP shortly there after.
Congrats on nice limit and the best APR
Thank you, especially for the warm welcome to this supportive community!!
Congrats on your approval, too!! That's interesting about the lock -- I'm crossing my fingers for you, too (and looking into how to lock my reports going forward).
Thank you! And congrats on your approval as well.
Yes, I’d highly recommend signing up for EQ’s Lock & Alert and TU’s TrueIdentity free credit lock services. Unfortunately, Experian makes you pay for one of their services to get the ability to credit lock.
If you don’t mind sharing, what are your DPs that got you the $20k SL?

Thank you, and yes, I accepted the offer right away and have already began using the card with Apple Pay. I did read some other posts where people mentioned 2-3 hours for the HP to show, but I'm just surprised that nearly 24 hours later, nothing is showing up for me. See what happens!

Annual income is 225k, FICO 8 with TU is 796 and FICO 9 is 804. My revolving credit utilization per the latest reports is at 10%. My Equifax and Experience scores are much higher, so I wonder if they were pulled, would that have resulted in a higher limit? The biggest drag on my TU score is avg age of accounts. For some reason, my oldest accounts aren't reported to TU.
Congratulations on your approval and great SL!!!
