Apple Card Auto CLI + question.

Hey guys, wanted to share some data.

I applied for the apple card about 6 months ago, I had a $1,500 limit.

Since then I was going through a little tough time ended up carrying a balance of $1,300 for a couple months slowly trying to pay it down, along with all my other cards. Between all of my revolving accounts i was carrying around 80% utilization across all 5 of my CC.

I recently paid off over $1,000 to my apple, and got the rest of my cards down to around 25% utilization.

I asked for a CLI about a week ago got denied from them.I  Just had an email from them with an auto increase to $2,000.

Do you think I can double dip and ask again? Or does apple do the 90 day thing with auto increases.

further dps

score 650-660 across all three

2 auto loans current and squeaky clean

5 revolvers totaling around $4,500-$5,000 total with no missed payments

still rebuilding, have a old repo still reporting, small medical, and a cell phone plan Derrogs.
$90+k income.

Re: Apple Card Auto CLI + question.

First off congratulations on your auto increase there

With regards to the CLI question may I ask what was the reason they gave in the letter for the denial?

Congrats on your CLI.

I'm not sure on the double dip, but I'm sure others will chime in. I'm about to ask for my first CLI on my Apple Card next week, I'll be past the 90 mark and my Utilization will have gone from 13% to 2. Once that updates next week, I'll ask for some Luv.
