To request a CLI, go to the Apple Card in your Wallet and click on the circle with the three dots on the top right corner of the screen. Click on the button to send a message, and then send a quick text message that you want to see if you're eligible for a credit line increase.
You'll then get an automated message asking to verify your income, and the computer will probably give an instant decision.
You can do this every 91 days. I was approved for my first credit line increase less than four months after getting the card.
