Been trying the Apple card preapproval for a few months now and finally got some love. Approved for 250! I didn't know they went that low!
I accepted it and hope to grow it. Does GS bucket cards? I also got CLI from Lowes, Amazon store card and DCU. Lowes went from 6000 to 10k. Amazon from 3500 to 5k and DCU visa from 5000 to 7500! Not sure what data points to include as I don't know my scores right now.
Congratulations on your Apple Card approval! I started with the same $250 SL when the card launched in 2019. It has since grown to $8K through regular 91-day SP CLIs. Use the card and you won't be at that $250 SL for long. I even cycled the limit when it was that small.
Congratulations on your CLIs as well!
Congratulations!!!
Congrats on the Apple approval and CLI's!
Congratulations on your Apple approval and CLI's!
Grats on the new Apple card and the CLIs
@Anonymous I started when the card was released with an SL of $750. Took almost a year for me to get another increase to $2250. I was spending an average of $100-$250 a month over that time. After reading some other posts about Goldman Sachs likes to see lots of usage I decided to up my game. Over the last three months since my CLI, I have spent $983, $2138, &$1130. After waiting 90 days since the last CLI I requested one today and was approved for $4250 ($2k increase). I always keep the balance below 10%.
Just spend, spend, spend on the card, and keep paying it off and you will get an increase soon enough. Congrats on finally getting approved. My wife is still waiting for approval.
Congratulations on your approval and CLIs!!
