Apple card approved for $4500 SL. According to NFCU and Penfed credit score is 717. Apr is 21.99%.

Congrats for getting the card but I am confused about all this approval regarding Apple credit approval. They approved the card but you locked the card from getting HP from the creditor? To me it doesn't seem like a right thing to do.

I understand the pre-approvals for SP. However, you locked the card before the creditor could put a hp on your application. I am just saying it doesn't seem like a normal application.
