So yeah... have no need for another card, not an Apple fan, but the thought of a cooler looking metal card which will never be used somewhat amused me. I applied and was approved with a whopping $2,500 limit with an APR of 17.99%. This limit matches my lowest limit card, which is the old Platinum PenFed Cash card which earns 5% on gas (limit was by choice since there's no need to have a high limit on a card that is strictly being used for gas). Stats are:
LMFAO, ROFL/24 (I think I'm at 15)
FICO > 715 across the board
**bleep**/ of inquiries in the last 24 months
2% utilization with ~575,000 available
Did you get an invite to apply for the card? I’m waiting to see the SL’s on this card before I decide if I want to apply or not.

grats. Questions:
Did they pull TU?
When did you receive the email to apply?
When did you ask to be added to the email notification list?
Have you used Apple Wallet in the past?
Congrats, especially being first person that I know of to post an approval for the new Apple card.
I did get an invite to apply via email this morning. I'm guessing they pulled Equifax since I didn't get an alert from Wallet (Transunion), Credit Karma (Transunion), or Experian. I do use Apple pay.
Congrats!!!

There is a subreddit on Apple Card, many says Transunion. Anything more than that is still unknown.
People do get a very wide range of SLs. Some with 750s, I think 500 too?
Someone with mid700 scores and 24k income was approved for 4,900 SL.
Looks like they're loose on critera on approving people. Right now it's just by invite, you will get email to apply, then at the end of month, everyone should be able to apply. I'm guessing by invite = soft pull, no hard pulls yet. I might be wrong. I signed up to be notified and I have not been notified or invited yet to apply.
