I'm thrilled because I have BK 11/29/21 and I burned Cap One which I was upset about because I had the Venture and loved it. Excellent CL. Also it's been a good creditor for me to grow with in general. I've been using the pre-approval offer form with them and continued to be denied because "you owe us money." Wasn't bothered by it because it's true and i already have a good amount of credit anyway. But yesterday, shockingly, i was pre-Approved for the Quicksilver, SavorOne and Platinum. I took The Quicksilver and got $3k SL. I was So happy because it's been less than a year! It wasn't even the "QuicksilverOne" Shocked.
credit scores: 671 TU, 678 EQ, 696 EQ

I am not applying for anything I else in at least 18 months.

Question: My credit is "fair" so interest rates are high but I thought it would be worse? I don't keep a balance on any of them so at any given moment my utilization is less than 5%. I went BK because of medical bills (spinal surgeries) but my accounts were in good standing when I filed.
anyway just curious why the scores are "fair" and not "poor" less than a year and I have decent CLs already?

As to why your score is in the "fair" range and not "poor", I am not sure we would be able to give you that reasoning without seeing more of your profile.
I would just ride the wave and count your blessings that it did not drop to poor.
