Yes it is...BUT I would have probably taken it if for not the 99$ annual fee... I would have never used it except maybe once a year...The only reason I would is for the fake padding that 1,500$ limit would have given my uliti...

So in return I didn't take that card, but 4 days later I get like 650$ in CLI from VS...So I got some anyways.

FYI, the Credit One letters say *up to* $1,500 credit limit; it's not guaranteed you would get that much. Most people get approved for the bare minimum $300. So it's just as well you didn't take the bait.

That is a good point.  People pay a $99 AF to just get a $300 limit.  There are other, better choices out there.

Congrats on your acquisitions, and meeting your goals as well!  And thank you for the scores and dates, as that may help others gauge their actions.   

Your scores looked to be moving along well.  Do you mind if I asked what you were/are doing to get them to grow as they were?  I'm trying to help a friend whose scores are right around where yours started out, and any advice would be greatly appreciated.    I added the ingrate as an AU on a few cards, but they haven't reported yet.  Did you take out a loan of some sort?

I closed my Credit One account in November after they refused to permanently waive the AF.  Very happy I did.  They provided needed credit to me when I didnt have any and I'm grateful, but I paid a lot for that privilege.

They sent my DW a second pre approval letter.

I am sending back the empty prepaid envelope they are expecting her acceptance in.

It isnt much, but happy I cam nick them for a few pennies in some way.
