It's not like they added them back as brand new inquiries. So I didn't notice any damage or change from it. My score went back to what it was before they disappeared. Am I missing something?
The proper comment to post in the approvals section is "Congrats"...

Seriously, much congrats on a hard to get card. Don't see many approvals for this card. Im sure your relationship had something to do with the approval though. Nice job!
Thanks pizza
@CreditCuriousity wrote:Well last weekend when I got approved for the Amex BCE along with Cashforward I also put an application in for the Fidelity Visa. The next morning I got a HP against TU and found out yesterday it was approved and showed up on my online profile this morning. So I ended up closing another credit card yesterday as well due to this approval (ebates). Was debating on posting this approval, but wanted to let people know Elan/UsBank isn't really inquiry sensitive or new account sensitive as many has thought at least in my experience; obviously each profile is different. I do have a decent chunk money with Fidelity though and a fairly long relationship with them, not sure if that played any role in the approval? Not my biggest credit limit by any means, but for UsBank/Elan with how cheap they were on my cash rewards that i no longer have this is a start to mending our relationship. I am truely done until at least December. TU04 pulled I believe was 710. Also 5+ years paid CO's and old 120 day lates on file, so not clean. AAoA depending on CRA 4.2-6 years oldest account 26+ years old, 21 TU inquiries 12-14 in last 12 months.
Standard 14.x APR everyone gets
Congrats CC,Elan/US Bank looks back at the past 6 months,If you have low Inquires and no new accounts they most likely will approve you,I have scores north of 800 and also have a good amount of money in Fildelity(My Retirement Roth and 401K 30 plus years)and I applied and still was turned down because of inquiries and new accounts in the past 6 months,From what I am finding from the banks that I can not get approved is they look at the past 6 months
Congrats on the approval.
Congratulations!

I had at least 8 TU inquiries and 8 new accounts in the last 6 months.. Possibly more FYI.. So not really sure the difference as you surely have a better profile than myself and probably more assets with Fidelity than myself. Sorry to hear about your denail
Woot woot! Congrats on the approval
