Just in shock right now!  We closed on our house this week, so I went on a small app spree:

GS Apple MC - CLI of $500

Capital One CLI - Denied - not enough time at current limit

Ikea Projekt - $8000 approval

First Tech FCU Choice Rewards World MC - $22,500!

I have been banking with 1st Tech for 15+  years, but in the past have only had a $500 secured CC and checking/savings with them. 

DP's:  Scores up to date in my signature line and current utilization is around 1%.

Congratulations on your success, it seems that 15+ year relationship really came in handy.  I think you went with the same strategy I am planning, a very small app spree on the day or the day after we close and then enter the garden and wait for scores to recover.
