Approved for 2nd Discover IT - after CLI denial on the first

Never ceases to amaze me with CC approvals and denials. 

Got approved for a 2nd Disco IT card w/ an 11,100  SL. o% for 18 months (didn't catch how much afterward). Got denied for CLI on the 1st Disco IT, and thought why not see if I'm prequal'd for any Disco offers.  Largest SL and CL I've ever had!  Balance transferred 2k from a Macy's card with high interest to get that paid off quicker. 

1st Disco IT has CL of 3,900, with about 50% utilization, and its been open about 12 months. 

They pulled EX - but I'm not sure on FICO8 through EX. TU Fico 8 is 719. Overall CC util is about  42% and $48,450 in total CC CL's.

Congrats!! You’re definitely not responsible enough for a few hundred extra on your current card, so have a whole new one with 11k. Makes sense.
