had a mid-500 score a year ago and got it up to a 757 on TransUnion and 756 on experian this month(didn't check any other others, i mainly use wallethub). 4% utilization and no collections. Only had a Discover It card with a $9500 CL and had recently closed a quicksilver one cap one because i hated the annual fee (first card on the rebuild). decided to take a risk and attempt a chase freedom but got denied so went back to Cap one and got the wal-mart rewards MC for $1000 CL, but realized i had a prequal amex BCE laying around i had forgotten about and took the chance. got $2k out of amex. very stoked on it! will now sit on these for a year and watch it grow. 

my only question is how big of a temporary hit will my score take for 2 new accts and 3 inquiries in a month?
