Alright, thanks for the encouragement all. I'm going to apply on Monday. Why you ask? My rent ($1129 per month) is part of the reason I apply for cards with great benefits. My rent is due the 1st of each month, so i'll be able to easily meet the spending requirement if I give myself three full months of rent payments, in addition to a few other fixed bills.

I don't think you will have to recon at all... Always be preparred but you have a strong profile
