I read too. Don't know whom actually got them. You MIGHT want to search the credit card forum and rebuild forum for more specifics on these cards.
Congrats on your build.
Will do if not then oh well, Crads should provide me with prime cards down the road, cards I have on mind at the moment, Citi DoubleCash for MC, Freedom for VISA, IT for Discover, 2 AMEX BCP and AMEX Green.

I thought you were filing BK my dear?
We weren't filing BK, we were just thinking about it, at those times hours were cut back alot which made it very difficult, but like I mentioned cards have been lowering and arent being used if used its for a balance transfer with a %0, our car loan is almost paid off which will allow for us to use that monthly payment on CCs, so things are alot more brighter right now than they were back then.

Express is $250 and Buckle is $300, and yes I hit CLI on both accts. once activated and didnt receive a CLI.
My sister is liking Express alot lately so I went ahead and applied instead of her since her credit will be used for a mortgage down the road.
All in all was this a good move? I am very happy about the approvals since I was alwasy denied by Comenity.
CC debt is lowering CC arent being used, my dads new Double Cash WMC is used for the monthly gym membership from which 5 friends are in the same membership so its a total of $129 every month and is PIF.
Congrats... unfortunately lower tier cards from Cap One aren't likely to go up to WMC or WEMC. Cap One may give you their credit steps program for that card and then you probably won't get much in the wat of CLI love from them ever again. A $300 card from Cap One is likely to never reach $2000 even if you have it for a decade.
Oh wow didnt know that part at all, alho I wouldnt mind if AF was removed. I will just need to make my payments in full to show them I can handle a big CL.

Congrats. Give it 6 months and Cap1 will love you.
Thanks! plan to get better cards down the road.

I've also read Cap1 isn't giving WMCs anymore
Ima do some reserach but to the looks of it you guys might be right.
Congrats! Thanks for sharing.

thanks coldnmn!
CONGRATS and speaking from experience, eventually Capital One will upgrade you, even if you have to do a little nudging. They like to see usage and after 6 months, don't be afraid to use the chat feature, secure email, or contact the EO. Your card will grow! ![]()

That's not true, I have capital one's platinum card (for 11 years) which had credit limit of 300 bucks, last month they finally gave me credit limit increase of 3000, and I was able to pc it to quicksilver (or venture.. i forgot which card i pc'd to which). But anyways, quicksilverone comes with credit steps program which you can get little bit of credit boost after 5th payments. you can even ask them to pc it to another higher tier with no annual fee card.
