Have seen people say you need to call. I don't have one so don't hate me if I am wrong lol

I applied with Discover a few days ago and just got an email "welcoming" me, lol. But that's ALL the email said. I also got approved with Amex a few days ago, there was a link in the email to set up an online account and there was an automated line I called to find out my credit limit. Is there anything like this for Discover, or do I have to wait to recieve my card? There wasn't any other information in the email. Thanks!
You can give them a call and they will be more than happy to tell you your limit.
When I was approved, I just called the customer service number and explained to the rep that I had just been approved. You may be able to call immediately but I gave it a little bit in case their systems needed to do any kind of update. I believe I waited till the next day, but that was just the way I went about it.

The same thing happened to me when I was approved a few weeks ago. If you call the customer service phone number, they will tell you what your credit limit is. Congrats on your approval! It is a great card, great customer service, and the free monthly Transunion FICO score is a nice bonus!

I got it with my card and initial papers. They sent my score and basic stuff about rebuilding. Nice ![]()
