Purdue Alum here too, I figured why not give it a shot. The minimum $1,000 limit for the traditional Visa and $10,000 for the signature Visa meant that as long as it was an approval it wasn't a terrible SL. And since an actual human got in touch with me to explain any issues they had and let me explain first before they made a decision, it really feels like a good credit union to be a part of. NASA turned me down flat for their Visa over the same payment history and basically blew me off with a one line response when I tried to explain the lates in my report.
