Wait for three statements and a few days/week after the third statement.. and see what happens...
If nothing happens automatically, revisit your scores (even possibly post them up for comment) .. Something *different* id recommend than most is if it isnt auto, id wait a bit before pushing the CLI button in hopes your scores go up a bit more ... if it were me id wait untill things are in the 670 and up range to manually push it)
(Also going to make an assumption youll be working on moving your scores up, preferably past 650 on TU and others... your approval is on the low side of scores being approved for an unsecured disco but its not unheard of...also seen higher scores only get offered the secured)
I'd also try working on the util, and see if you can work on any baddies you have (if i read correctly you might have a CO) ...
You just made it over the line for an unsecured.. but still congratulations are in order.. Also as @AverageJoesCredit I think said, your likely to have better luck apping for a second card in a year for higher CLs, but you should still see growth on this card.....
There really is no recon on Discover cards.. (yes in the past they have had I think 2 members... persistantly nag them and they sort of succeeded at a "recon" but frankly I think it was to stop them from calling constantly and bugging them... also was for a very low limit and I dont know if the card ever got any luv or growth
