Not too sure I didn't do much research on whom they pull, but EVERYONE loves to pull EX for me so I dont like to take chances.

Haha. Thanks! I just wish I didnt have 2 cards with high UTL so I would have had a higher SL but something tells me once I pay those off I'll get a decent increase. If you look higher up on this page theres the approval email I got a couple of days later saying the card was on its way.
Declined with EX frozen. 
Looks like they want EX open in Texas.
