Are these real offers from amex? Update - Approved!

I do apologize if I posted this in the wrong place but I been checking AMEX every other day this month to see if I prequalify for something and it been a nope each time until this morning. This morning after entering in my info to expect to see the page that I dont qualify for anything, it provided a message saying "(not posting my name), check out this pre-qualified offer! Even better, the Card you've matched with has exceptional perks so don't wait." I got 3 offers: Hilton Honors American Express Surpass, Delta SkyMiles Gold, and Delta SkyMiles Blue. The problem I have though is that when I read about people having offers that they would get a fixed APR, but for these offers I got, I see a APR range which is something I usually see when I dont got an offer but something they would suggest to try for. Are these really offers or did AMEX just change their messages around. I did notice that they have been changing their web page a bit. I honestly dont know if I should wait to app (which the goal was to wait until the end of Janurary of next year to app for AMEX) or if I should pull the trigger on Delta Blue (since it dont have an AF) and hope for the best.

You'll know with text that appears when you hit apply button.

A pre-approval will have the phrasing, You're pre-approved, get a decision in as little as 30 seconds.

If it's not a pre-approval, the text will have phrasing, Expanding your relationship is easy. Doesn't mean a denial, just not a pre-approval.
Yes, those are cards chosen by Amex which have been selected for you.

I wouldnt know if it would be a "pre-approval" or a "pre-qualified" (unless you want to consider them being the same thing - I generally dont). Each offer do show a "pre-qualified" tag. I guess its a start since the vast majority of my accounts are 9+ months ago and usually I would get a message saying there are no offers for me but I did pull the trigger on the Delta Blue (Wouldve gone for Hilton but didnt want the one with the annual fee) and was approved for $1k. Its a start though

@silver_idle,

Since you've indicated you were approved, I have moved your thread to the Approvals section of the forums and slightly updated the title.  Feel free to change the title if you wish.

Congrats on the AmEx approval.

Congrats on your approval! Can I ask what made you go for the Delta Blue over the Delta Gold? Just curious as I will be looking to add to my portfolio in the near future.
