Today was a good day....to go for Carbon Zero. They approved for 40k at 11.65%...still shocked but very happy. It never ceases to amaze me how the different lenders vary in underWriting criteria. Not instant though ....ID verification...took about 5 days from app submit to the offer.

I didn't get a pic of the offer screen (I'm a dork, I forgot)...but here is a snip of the account overview...
