Auto CLI Capone interesting tidbit

Hey all . I had checked for the few weeks if DH was eligible for a CLI , he was but for $200.00, I declined each time . Just got an email that he got an auto increase from 2K to 3500.00. I am not sure if denying the little increase they offered helped or not, but found it interesting .
