Agreed. Discover actually seems to like high util on its cards. I got better CLIs from them when I was running 40-50% than I do now when my balances are falling. In my case this may be because I've reached the max credit they 're going to extend me, but I can say for sure that you don't have to get your Discovercard util down to a fragment to get luv from Discover.
