Clearly I've gotten myself on a good track this year thanks to all the advice. I started in Jan with a Cap1 secured (which I just closed). I know I'll take an AAoA hit but it freed up quite a bit of money
Also, I logged in to Chase and my Freedom which started at $2200 is now at $3700. They gave me an auto increase! I had no clue, but since I do check kinda often I'm sure it was after my last statement cut. From reading on here I've heard they can be kinda stingy with auto increases so I'm super excited!!!
