Did you try double dipping (also requesting a CLI)?
Congrats on the CLI!

No, I just took the auto. I've actually had a balance on this one for a while, so I didn't want to push it lol

Scores all mid 700s, a couple inqs per bureau. Interesting to note is that Discover is the only credit card on which I carry a balance. Everything else is PIF.
Discover has been great to me!
That's massive! Good for you
. Being a low cc collector, nothing better than your top lender making it all the sweeter to use
Thanks! Wow, it seems like ages since I've seen you around here! Of course, I haven't been wildly active either lol

Congrats on the Auto CLI. I never got one in 35 years and counting with Discover. After 25 years of neglect and then stumbling on this forum, I realized CLIs can be requested. I've been 4 for 4 on SP Discover CLIs.
All my CLIs, regardless of card, have required manual request. Never had a request denied but never received an Auto CLI. Wonder why?

They discontinued double dipping sometime last year. The full CLI is on the table first go round now. Apparent by the size of this CLI as well.

That's a little bit of a shame, but also better if it means thar you're REALLY getting the higher CL from the beginning. I never got to try it, I never not any auto-LUV

That feeling of joy lasts longer than the manual CLI approvals, congratulations!!🎉
I've never felt the joy of an auto-CLI (except REDcard, but they don't count because that's all they do and I nudged then with and income update), but I hear they can be truly magical.
