If it was only .25 or .5 then yes because of interest rate cuts.. Otherwise it would of had to be a few point spread for better tier

Ok, yeah.  The first offer was 14.99% (same as my Spectrum) and this 14.74% (on my Bright)......maybe another month or two I can pick up the Travel for an even lower rate.

Not BB&T, but SunTrust there is a lot of history between them and myself.
