I closed the page and could not get the page back. 2 days later, I went to the branch to create a profile and ended up opening a checking account for good measure. The banker saw the offer for all 3 cards, applied through the link and I got the

Oh I also got a hard pull. So it was a double whammy. Is 2-3 days a decline?

Sorry to hear about the HP. Probably should have done it through the pre-qual site instead of in-branch. The 2-3 day message seems to be just a verification / manual review message - not a dreaded "Amex 7-10 days"-style message.
@Anonymous Thanks for the reply. I read a thread where they went to the branch and applied through the prequalify link which is what I did (Unless the banker screwed up). The offers popped up on my profile and we applied through that.

I had a thread @Anonymous where I had to visit the branch to finalize and luckily have never received a hard pull....not sure if it was my thread you saw. If it was, the main difference that I can tell is that I did complete my pre-qualification by choosing a card and completing on-line app vs. you closed out the pre-qualify page before accepting by choosing a card and completing. This might be the difference why you received hp when app was completed in branch? Just a guess. Sorry about your hp, but looking forward to reading your post upon final approval! I have received my card and am enjoying it thus far, no issues once I received and good customer service.
@AnonymousBingo, it was your post lol. It did have an APR of 17.24% and a limit of $5500 so we will see. Thanks for your post regardless! I kind of feel like the banker just didn't know what they were doing and could've just cold apped instead of clicking the pre qualify. Sometimes bankers aren't the most informed.
You could very well be right! 😁 Yay, 5,500 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Good luck !!
Sorry abot the HP

This forum rocks.
@Anonymous Just sticking my head in here to congratulate you. You may (May) have dodged a bullet cuz there have been a couple of recent negative outcomes with the online app/ immediate closure(s). Could be verification with them, Idk unless they go inbranch to see.
So congrats again...did they let you know the sl?
yes it was for $5,500 @ 17.24%
