No hard pull @cgeefly This was a soft pull. I think I read that it’s EQ they soft pull.
I had an issue with mine being shipped. They gave me an option on the app so I put in a different shipping address.
Had to make contact with them. Talked to someone at the main office. To make a long story short I have now received the shipping email (early this morning) so I should have the card in a few days.
Email said I should have the card in 7-days.

The lady I spoke with was a supervisor and very, very nice!!! Someone closed my app out instead of verifying. I am 10-minutes away from a branch. She took care of me though.
Hopefully I’ll have it soon. I wanted that 0.00% APR for 12 months!!!
