Choo-Choo!! All Aboard the BB&T Express!  that SL is not bad at all. I still haven't seen any "small" approvals from them. I think I saw one posting from a while back but most of them seem to at least be $4,500 -- solid. Congrats on the Win @SFLSpotter9210!

Woot-Woot in SC! You know I was just checking my reports and just realized my recent inquiry alert was for my Union Bank app. It was delayed in showed up when I applied for BB&T and assumed it was for them, but it wasn't. I actually don't have a HP for BB&T yet so not sure which one they pulled. It was approved 2 days ago so maybe something will show up soon, but I usually see the alerts in 24hours -- would be sweet if it was a SP, but we'll see what pop up

SC Triple woots! That would be a sweet SP approval! I’m torn on applying. Especially without a prequal offer. I did have a banking relationship and an auto loan with BB&T about 8 years ago that was PIF in good standing. I wonder if that would score some “special brownie” points? Lol
