The last couple attempts had website/app errors. I called CS about it and they could not figure it out. I was told i would recieve a call back from IT in 24-36 hours. I never recieved the call. That was tuesday. So friday i attempted a CLI again. . .

Tbh I don't know how I've dodged an inactivity closure either.
citi slapped me with one on my simplicity when it was only 20m or so old for 18m of inactivity.. I think it was 18m. I retaliated by closing my DC and DP, as I got no warning or anything.
I haven't used my quicksilver since the same time period... or my discover.
I'll use them this week just in case, those are my oldest two accounts lol.
I couldn't care less if the PNC was closed. It's only 3y 11m old and I don't even need the Util padding. The rewards system is bad, the apr is bad, tbh it's hard for one card to be much worse
