Chicken really Programmerguy?  The credit game is all about balls baby..  Now lets go. Chickens do not get anywhere... You have to muster the courage to go after what you want aggresively, passionately and strategically.

You currently have Chase Freedom.  All chase is going to say is a YES or NO.  Even with a NO, that is what the Reconning department is for.  We are also here to plan a strategy for you to get the card.  If you are a chicken then don't dream of good cards..Stick with the secure ones.

Apply online if you get a pending message, get your phone fully charged and at the ready for recon.  It is Friday and lets get this show on the road alreadySmiley Tongue

@Anonymous,

Those are really  really good offers and this is why I keep telling you to muster the courage and apply for the Chase CSP.  The 100k platinum offer is one that people will give their first born up to have.  It is reserved for very few people.  Do you like to travel?  Heck, if you were not soo nervous, I'd say app for all of them.

But on a serious note, wht do you want?  DO NOT BE NERVOUS.  It Friday night and be ready to have some fun.  If you are going to chicken out, then log off nowSmiley Tongue  What do you want your card to do for you?

Re: BCE odds?

Please pass your PRG and Plat signoff offers my way, thanks.  I would go at least for the CSP and PRG now that I see this..  Amex Plat depends if you travel enough to justify it..  I would personally apply for everything the CSP/ED/PRG/PLAT take the HP's group and age them all together and not have to worry about applying till you are comfy again and enjoy your new credit and after you meet the spend requirements enjoy paris or whatever country you want to go on the CC companies signup bonus.

Ya spend would be tough for PLAT/PRG/CSP though Smiley Happy..  8k in 3 months for typical person isn't fun.   I could make it happen with my tax woes thoughSmiley Happy

I'm thinking I'm going with the EDP credit card. 25k membership points for 2k spend is reasonable for me. The platinum and prg are charge cards which aren't currently on my radar. With this prequal, I'll take my chances with the EDP instead of the CSP (too much spend), I don't spend much...so the EDP seems perfect. Just hope I get a better limit than my freedom sitting at 1.2k
