Inspired by @NyaBuksh 's post I applied for a CLI on my BECU Visa. My expectations were zero, in view of high utilization and suppressed scores. But to my surprise they gave me a 10k CLI, raising my limit from 20k to 30k.
I've had the card 6 or 7 months.
It was a hard pull on TU, where my FICO 8 was 712.
I'm happy.
To me it was worth the hard pull.

No, they didn't ask how much I was requesting. (It's a good thing, too, because I wouldn't have had the nerve to ask for 10k.)
The approval was instant.
