This was a past failed approval on 2/20/2019
It failed due to Web Application. Outside their area.
After Decline last year, I Was Told by @Mahraja to submit The App. by phone.
I knew they were not Inq. or new acct. sensitive.
But the Low SCL shows, 22 New accounts in 12 Months .. Is taking it's toll.
Had I waited 6 Months, I would have probably seen at least a double of the SCL. Maybe more?
Logged into BMO Banking This Morning and seen the Card showing.

This is My last app. Until 91/3 from 12/08/19 .. going for another NFCU Card.
