last 3 increase occured within 12 months. I usually request in 20K increments looking for a counter offer.

BOA is relationship heavy. so reason for not receiving full amount on last three are:

* Serious Delinquency--6 year old/90 days late

* Credit references have not been established for a sufficent length of time--New Job, similar income, so they see deposits, but I have not updated my credit info

* Utilization of your credit too high--25% on BOA, 7% of 212K at time of pull

Will look for another CLI in June once my last baddie fades off.
