Noticed that my FICO score updated on BOA's app and decided to give the credit increase a try on my Cash Rewards. They approved instantly a $5k increase. I went from 10k to 15k. I only asked for the $15k. I think I should have asked for more.

Normally you'll see a request limit increase near your current limit when your eligible.
Also shoot for the stars when you do request. The system will counter offer if the asking limit isn't approved. Chances are you left a couple of thousand on the table. If the highlighted limit increase is still showing. You can go back in and try again. You see it in desktop mode on your phone, but not through the phone app.

I got greedy and applied for the travel rewards as well. It’s now pending....

At least it's not a denial. You've got a shot. They may move some limits around to open it

Boa pending status likely an approval other wise they will give you a straight denial, it happened with me both travel reward and premium reward.

Congrats on the CLI! As Gmood1 said, always shoot for the stars when requesting CLI from BoA. I've been putting in 100k each time when getting the CLI link.

Called up this morning... spoke to a senior analyst. She approved me (no moving of CL around). It sounds like the amount of money I left on the table is what they approved the card for... $2k.
