Yea JimBo I don't know if something in my profile changed or what...maybe AES finally deleted those old late payments...

Seems like Boscovs might be a hidden gem in the comenity world...

Hey guys!

I don't mean to hijack this thread but my question is directed at this subject, so I thought I would jump in and ask y'all my question I have had for a while. I have a few Comenity acts (J.Crew and Boscovs). Ok, so my question is..... I have had these for 6 months now, and every time I ask for a CLI they deny and when I get the letter in the mail it does not give any reason at all. Literally is just blank in the space where it should give a reason, and I notice they reference a soft pull internal score from Oct 2016. Well my score has risen from high 500s to about 650 in 6 months and I am just wondering why they keep referring to an old score with no legit reason to deny my CLI? Anyone had one of these weird letters I am referring to? These cards have helped me build my score to snag an Amex BCE, so not sure why no CLI at all?

Rebeezy I think you should wait it out. I sat on Boscovs and I have read that comenity can sometimes take 9 months...but as always YMMV.

Mine finally just clicked out of nowhere tonight. My notices were also odd in that manner as well.

There have been other Boscov's threads. Reportedly the card tops out at 30k. Some have had success with 10k CLIs three months in a row.

Hey.  Sorry.  Just saw this.   I've only gotten $750 more 61 days after that big one, so far.  Haha

@ Rebeezy.Some times comenity will use your old score from months ago, i had that problem to (they use my old reports for like 18 months no bs), i had to call in and they dis a HP and got cli approved within seconds.You only need one hp after that you'll be fine on all your cards from them .

I did today!   CL went from $11500 to $21500 This AM.  $1000 increase each request.

I've had my Boscovs card for a little over a year, and my limit is up to 17,000. I hit the luv bottom every month.

Just hit the love button from 17,000 to 25,250. I had to logout and log back in for each increase. After the first increase it declined me, so I logged back in each time.  I got increases in multiples of 750.
