I've had my BP store card through Chase for about a year now, stuck at $400 and definitely wasn't going to ask for a CLI and have a HP. I drive a lot for work so I take advantage of the rewards and just made several payments a month to keep down utilization and avoid interest. Figured I would take advantage of Synch taking over, so I hti the luv button with no luck. Clicked the chat button, asked for 3k and got all 3k that I asked for. Looks like I probably left some money on the table! I love Synchrony!

Congrats!! II've had the Chase BP since 2012 and have been stuck at 400 as well. Have you received information to create an account for the Synchrony BP card? I've not seen anything and don't know who to contact for a cli.
