Long story. I had 3 Amex Cards (2 Gold - one personal, and one for my business), and then the Optima. I was diagnosed with a stage 4 cancer in 06 and wasn't supposed to make it through. I filed BK, discharged in 07. I don't remember which or if any were on there. I had a good run with them and until getting sick was a good customer. That's the best info I have at this point.
Started my rebuild one year ago this month with a Cap 1 QS1 with a $300 CLI. Today, I have $31K in revolving credit including:
NFCU Cash Rewards
NFCU Flaship
BOA Cash Rewards (was $99/$500 until today my 5 month mark) was just unsecured and received an increase of $4,500 up to $5K!
Discover IT
US Bank
Several Commenity Cards and now the Amex PRG!
Starting Scores
EQ: 490
TU: 500
EX: 500
Today, 1 year later
EQ: 632
TU: 649
EX: 659
Only have one card in use and because of the holidays at 10% util. Typically between 1 and 3% and will be that next week when I pay the card down leaving a few dollars on to post.
My goal for 2018 is to get the two final baddies off of all 3 reports!
Happy New Year!
