Back in with BofA! BBR Approved! $5K

Since my BK fell off recently, there's really only been one CC that I've had my eye on, and that was Bank of America's Better Balance Rewards.   This seemed to be the best BofA product for me, and I was curious to see if I was blacklisted.

Apparently not.

This means I am back in with every lender who was IIB!   And I'm very pleased with the initial CL!!   I mainly plan on using this for recurring monthy charges, like my Disneyland AP.   I also figured if I got a card now and had a first statement in September, I'd have an amount due in October, in time for Q4.   Hopefully, I figured correctly.

Time to update my siggy!   I'll post later when I find out APR info.

EDIT:  I should give some data points.  EX08 score is 758, no baddies, 5% overall UTIL, and $44K income.

UPDATE:  Card arrived today, 8/28, along with T&C.   APR is 15.99% after 12 months of 0% promo.   Not too bad

Congratulations on the approval!  That must be nice knowing that you are not on the BofA blacklist. Smiley Happy

Congrats! I've sort of been looking at this one next year myself after a few months in the garden.

Congrats. Do you have a normal account with them? I'm exactly thinking of this at years end. Or the new year.
