LOL my friend... I got my Belk back in 2006 with a $200 credit line. It stayed there until February 2014, when they got "generous" and increased it to $400. (I never tried for a CLI because I had baddies, and I was afraid they would close my account like Macy's did years ago when I tried for a CLI... a story for another thread).
Today, 18 months later, my Belk has a credit line of $3400. 
Keep in mind you're already ahead of where I was just early last year! Hang in there; it will grow, and with the help of the good folks on here, it won't take any time at all!
