I was feeling kind of sad and also just in a whatever kinda mood.... So i called up Bank of America and talked with a Senior Credit Analyst. 
I asked to have both of my cards increased and the increase split across both my cards. I asked for $3,000 to be split across both my cards, that would bring them up to $3,000 each, I also asked if it was possible with 1 pull only and so the rep checked and the line went silent and i asked if she was there and she said she was just checking on it and then she placed me on hold and then came back and said it would actually be 2 seperate pulls..... so i said Yikes..... then i was like well ok lets just continue with it. 
She asked me all the standard income info and i even offered to tell her how much i currently had in my checking account even though its not with them because i said how when i was approved for my better balance rewards card that the analyst asked for that, so she gladly accepted it. She then placed me on hold for review.........
She came back with news and.........APPROVED ON BOTH CARDS!!!! I now have $3k on each card. She said i have done an excellent job managing my credit with them and my other creditors! I was so happy! 
I then said "now i can use my cash rewards card more cuz i'm so ever close to $25 in cash rewards", and she agreeded. I even said how i got $25 twice already on my Better Balance Rewards and she was surprised and happy for me! I did ask her what happens if i have a zero balance around the time the quarterly rewards would hit? She was kinda confused about the question and so i did my best to rephrase it so she could understand and she did some checking and she said that no credit balance would post.... so it looks like i either have to know when the rewards will hit or just keep spendng and it will work out fine. She said if i keep spending the same then it will be fine.

So I know I had wanted to keep Hard pulls to a minimum as possible, I just had a moment of weekness i guess and it all worked out. I don't know how much more i could have gotten, I didn't not want to ask for any more as I only make $12,900 a year now and now my total credit available to me is $20,000!!!!!
