Wow, that's what's up! You should post a pic of it...lol. It's just as nice as them calling me and thanking me for my business which i found odd at first cuz i wasn't a big spender but i found it nice once i realized it and they called again. I did how ever say to them at the the time that it was a bit excessive that they called me twice in 2 weeks to thank me, so i think they removed me from the thank you department list or whatever.... lol.

***Update*** I checked my Discover Identity Theft Protection and it only shows an alert for a hard pull on Transunion so looks like i got away with only 1 Hard Pull and not 2 Hard pulls!

The last senior analyst I spoke with informed me that they only need to do one HP for any credit decisions within 30 days, so I was surprised at first when you said they were going to do two HP.
