They must really want me to use the card more. I've used it a couple of times a month for small purchases, just to show usage and to lay the groundwork for a CLI.

Also, it's not $50 cash back -  it's $50 towards an Apple product.  I won't be utilizing that bonus though since my other cards have better rewards overall.

Thank you, Omar, I appreciate it! I'd suggest paying the balance transfer down just a bit more and then calling them. Just a thought. Showing another recent payment on it can only help.
