Yesterday, I saw the offer for 50k jetBlue points for $1k spend. Went for the JetBlue Plus from Barclays. I guess, they are not that sensitive to new accounts after all. Instant approval for $4,500. My second card from Barclays, first card was the Uber Visa that I got last July.
Data Points:
Hard Pull TU FICO 8 656

New Accounts: 2/6, 10/12, 10/24
Baddies: lots; 3 collections, 8 charge offs falling off soon
Utilization: 16% with charge offs balance.
AAoA: 3.5 years
Income: $65k
Wow, I'm impressed. And this is your second barclaycard. What was your utilization and DTI?

Thanks. I was quite surprised given all the 6/24 Barclays data points. Utilization is 16% with charge off accounts balance. DTI is 8%.
Congrats on The Nice Looking card and decent SL

Went pending. Found the Danny the Deal Guru 50k offer after I had already applied—sadness.
One more TU pull.
They declined me for the Apple Visa in March so I’m not surprised.
Thanks! Yeah, Barclays can be hit or miss!
Congrats barclay's isnt that senstive at all as got approved for their AA business card while i was at 32/24 about 8 months ago.. All depends on your profile and your profile with them. They did ask me a few business questions and that led to i see you have alot of new accounts as well, but explained off for new house and other horse crud excuses. Some people have alot of problems with them while others don't
Congrats! Nice SL from Sir Barclay
