Decided it was time for a balance transfer SUB and joined Baxter Credit Union last year (03/2021) after hearing good things. Been DD $500 per month and maintained $15,000 in their Power Plus Checking to optimize the 2% APY. They provide a "Savvy Money" credit score from TransUnion and mine has taken a pretty good hit lately from carrying some balances so was showing a 652. Called up and applied for their Cash Back 1.5% Visa as it has a 12-month 0% Purchases and Balance Transfers and my promo offer also showed a 0% balance transfer fee. Took the application asked how much I would be transferring let them know about $18,000 so would like $20,000 limit was told they would let me know usually within a few hours. 5 minutes later had an email saying I was approved for $20,000 and they would contact me if more information was needed. This morning received another email that I have been approved and the new card(s) have been ordered...!
